Andrée Collective is actively searching for the following roles:

  • How you will leverage your skill set:

    • Meet with prospective couples to understand their event needs and recommend Andrée Collective’s services

    • Coordinate with third-party vendors as part of the event planning process and cultivate lasting business relationships

    • Provide wedding coordination, partial and full planning, serving as the primary point of contact for all questions, concerns, or issues

    • Serve as a mentor for program participants including them in event planning work and helping them develop relevant skills. Mentorship for program participants will be alongside a team (therapist, case manager) and training for trauma-informed practices will be provided

    • Work transparently alongside program participants to coach and advocate, both during events and in the planning work leading up to the events.

    • On occasion, assist on weddings for which another planner is leading

    Skills you will need to be successful:

    • Alignment with the mission, vision, and values of Andrée Collective

    • High attention to detail, excellent time management and organizational skills

    • 1-3 years of experience in event planning or coordination.

    • Excellent client service skills - the ability to work effectively with internal staff, clients, and third-party vendors

    • Strong task and people management skills with the ability to guide and delegate assistant coordinators as needed

    • High levels of empathy and interest in empowerment and mentorship for female trauma survivors.

    Must have the ability to work weekends including 8-12 hour wedding days and occasional weekday evenings. This is a hybrid, contract position with mostly flexible part-time hours, and the potential to increase in hours. Compensation is commission-based with the potential for additional project-based pay.

    How you will leverage your skill-set:

    ● Manage social media channels with on-brand messaging, content, and simple graphics

    ● Assist with marketing campaign strategy and execution

    ● Write and/or edit content for email communications and social media to ensure consistency with the organization’s mission and focus

    ● Assist Event Planner in marketing and planning events

    Skills you will need to be successful:

    ● Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

    ● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

    ● Excellent time management, organization, and ability to prioritize effectively

    ● Prior experience or coursework in marketing or communications is a plus.

    This role will be a volunteer (unpaid), part-time hybrid internship position, and at an average of 4-8 hours per week.
